Natural wines<br>The culinary world and the world of wine are inextricably connected, one does not exist without another. Wine is also subject to trends, some flavors become passe, others gain popularity. Nowadays, the boom is experiencing natural wines. It's part of a larger culinary process related to the search for locality and authenticity. Natural wines have no coherent definition – they are about minimizing human interference and allowing nature. The popular term says that "nothing has been added and nothing has been removed." Perfect natural wine is not a consumer-made product, but an element of local tradition, created by yeast from local fruits. In practice, many variations of this trend have been created: organic (organic), biodynamic, sustainable production (sustainable) or vegan wines.
